- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri menetapkan lokap di Balai Polis Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, Selangor sebagai tempat bagi pengurungan orang, yang direman atau dihukum dengan apa-apa tempoh pemenjaraan, tidak melebihi satu bulan. Pembatalan 2. Penetapan lokap di Balai Polis Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, Selangor sebagai tempat tahanan melalui Penetapan Lokap-Lokap sebagai Tempat Tahanan [P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister appoints the lock-up at the Section 15 Police Station, Shah Alam, Selangor to be a place for the confinement of persons, remanded or sentenced to such terms of imprisonment, not exceeding one month. Revocation 2. The appointment of lock-up at the Section 15 Police Station, Shah Alam, Selangor as a place of confinement by the Appointment of Lockups as Places for Confinement [P.U.
