- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2020 yang diperaku semula dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 21 Mei 2021 dalam P.U. (B) 277/2021, Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2021 yang diperaku pada 21 Mei 2021 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 24 Mei 2021 dalam P.U. (B) 290/2021 dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Kedua Tahun 2021 yang diperaku pada 25 Ogos 2021 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 26 Ogos 2021 dalam P.U. (B) 444/2021 hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya umum Dewan Undangan bagi Negeri Melaka. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2020 re-certified and published in the Gazette on 21 May 2021 in P.U. (B) 277/2021, the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2021 certified on 21 May 2021 and published in the Gazette on 24 May 2021 in P.U. (B) 290/2021 and Supplementary Electoral Roll for the Second Quarter of the Year 2021 certified on 25 August 2021 and published in the Gazette on 26 August 2021 in P.U. (B) 444/2021 shall be used in the general election of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Malacca.
