- BAHAWASANYA Dewan Undangan bagi Negeri Melaka telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan pembubaran Dewan tersebut pada 4 Oktober 2021 oleh Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Melaka. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 18 Oktober 2021 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri Melaka yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual bersama-sama ini dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi setiap Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri itu ialah pada 8 November 2021 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam mana-mana Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 16 November 2021 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 20 November 2021. - WHEREAS the Legislative Assembly of the State of Malacca has become vacant in consequence of its dissolution on 4 October 2021 by the Yang Di-Pertua of Malacca. P.U. (B) 506 3 TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued election writs on the 18 October 2021 to the returning officers of the State Constituencies of Malacca specified in the Schedule hereto and that the day of nomination in respect of each State Constituency shall be 8 November 2021 and that in the event of a contested election in any of such Constituencies, the advance polling day shall be 16 November 2021 and the polling day shall be 20 November 2021.
