- MENURUT subseksyen 6(1) Akta Persatuan Nelayan 1971 [Akta 44] dibaca bersama subseksyen 6(3), Menteri telah melantik Encik Yusoff bin Othman sebagai Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan berkuat kuasa mulai 20 April 2021. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Encik Othman bin Abdul Latiff sebagai Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan yang disiarkan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan [P.U. Preamble
- PURSUANT to subsection 6(1) of the Fishermen’s Associations Act 1971 [Act 44] read together with subsection 6(3), the Minister has appointed Encik Yusoff bin Othman as a Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations with effect from 20 April 2021. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Encik Othman bin Abdul Latiff as a Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations as published in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Registrars of Fishermen’s Associations [P.U. (B) 631/2020] on 24 November 2020 is revoked with effect from 13 March 2021. [KP/LA/483/3; PN(PU2) 99/III]
