  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 3(1)(e) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang merupakan anggota bagi kategori orang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2) sebagai pengundi pos bagi maksud pilihan raya umum bagi kerusi Dewan Undangan bagi Negeri Sarawak.

ELECTIONS ACT 1958

ELECTIONS (POSTAL VOTING) REGULATIONS 2003

NOTIFICATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 3(1)(e) FOR THE PURPOSE OF

GENERAL ELECTION FOR THE SEAT OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF

THE STATE OF SARAWAK

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(1)(e)

of the

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission designates the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule being members of the category of persons described in column (2) as postal voters for the purpose of general election for the seat of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Sarawak.
