- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6A(1) Akta Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia 1995 [Akta 533], Menteri, atas syor Lembaga, telah melantik Dato’ Sri Dr. Sabin @ Sapilin bin Samitah sebagai ketua pegawai eksekutif bagi tempoh mulai 6 Disember 2020 hingga 31 Disember 2022. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Datuk Sabin @ Sapilin bin Samitah sebagai ketua pegawai eksekutif dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif di bawah seksyen 6A [P.U. (B) 104/2017] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 22 Februari 2017 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 6 Disember 2020. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6A(1) of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia Act 1995 [Act 533], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Board, has appointed Dato’ Sri Dr. Sabin @ Sapilin bin Samitah as the chief executive officer for the period from 6 December 2020 until 31 December 2022. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Datuk Sabin @ Sapilin bin Samitah as chief executive officer in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Chief Executive Officer under section 6A [P.U.
