- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(1) Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai akhlak bagi maksud Akta, selama tempoh Pegawai itu berkhidmat sebagai Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat, berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mac 2021. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(1) of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints the Social Welfare Officers named in the Schedule as probation officers for the purposes of the Act, for the period the Officers serve as Social Welfare Officers, with effect from 1 March 2021.
