- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(d) Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011 [Akta 732], Menteri melantik pegawai awam yang memegang jawatan Pengarah, Unit Perancang Ekonomi Negeri Sabah, Jabatan Ketua Menteri Sabah sebagai anggota Majlis berkuat kuasa mulai 7 Oktober 2021. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Setiausaha Tetap, Kementerian Pelajaran dan Inovasi, Negeri Sabah sebagai anggota Majlis daripada kalangan pegawai awam sebagaimana dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara [P.U. (B) 470/2017] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 11 Oktober 2017 dibaca bersama dengan pemberitahuan Pertukaran Gelaran Jawatan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara [P.U. (B) 199/2020] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 14 April 2020 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 7 Oktober 2021. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(d) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister appoints the public officer holding the office of the Director, Sabah State Economic Planning Unit, Sabah Chief Minister’s Department as a member of the Council with effect from 7 October 2021. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and Innovation, State of Sabah as a member of the Council from amongst the public officers as in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members of the National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 470/2017] published in the Gazette on 11 October 2017 read together with the notification of Change of Title of Office of Member of the National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 199/2020] published in the Gazette on 14 April 2020 is revoked with effect from 7 October 2021.
