- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Akta Taman Asuhan Kanak-Kanak 1984 [Akta 308], Menteri melantik pegawai yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai diberi kuasa bagi maksud Akta, selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Malaysia, berkuat kuasa mulai 23 Mei 2022. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Child Care Centre Act 1984 [Act 308], the Minister appoints the officers named in the Schedule as authorized officers for the purposes of the Act, for the period the officers serve with the Department of Social Welfare Malaysia, with effect from 23 May 2022.
