- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 17(2) Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 [Akta 588], Menteri membatalkan pelantikan Yang Arif Tuan Mohd Nazlan bin Mohd Ghazali sebagai Pengerusi Tribunal Rayuan Komunikasi dan Multimedia melalui Pelantikan Pengerusi dan Anggota Tribunal Rayuan Komunikasi dan Multimedia [P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(2) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588], the Minister revokes the appointment of Yang Arif Tuan Mohd Nazlan bin Mohd Ghazali as the Chairman of the Communications and Multimedia Appeal Tribunal by the Appointment of Chairman and Members of the Communications and Multimedia Appeal Tribunal [P.U.
