- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 73(1) Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan The Heaven Park Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi Heaven Park Scheme Phase 1, berkuat kuasa mulai 25 Mac 2019 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa The Heaven Park Berhad hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts The Heaven Park Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for Heaven Park Scheme Phase 1, with effect from 25 March 2019 subject to the condition that The Heaven Park Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to the interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
