NATIONAL LAND CODE

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)

of the

National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan

(Extension and Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009]

and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010], the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Labuan—

(a)

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a trigonometry station; and

(b)

designates that the Director of Survey and Mapping of the Federal Territory of Labuan shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
