IN exercise of the powers conferred by rule 2 of the Courts of Judicature (Court of Appeal) (Vacations) Rules 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994], the President of the Court of Appeal declares that the commencement and duration of vacations of the Court of Appeal for the calendar year 2023 shall be—

(a)

from Monday, 29 May 2023 to Friday, 9 June 2023; and

(b)

from Monday, 18 December 2023 to Friday, 29 December 2023.
