- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara),1974
(a)
merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk rizab pengindahan tepi sungai; dan
(b)
menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Negara hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for riverside beautification reserve; and
(b)
designates that the Chief Secretary to the Government shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
