- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Akta Perwakilan Kuasa 1956 [Akta 358], Menteri meratifikasikan semua tindakan yang dilakukan oleh Akauntan Negara Malaysia menurut subseksyen 353(2) dan (3) Akta Syarikat 1965 [Akta 125] secara suci hati atas nama dan bagi pihak Menteri berkuat kuasa mulai 15 April 1966. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956 [Act 358], the Minister ratifies all actions done by the Accountant General of Malaysia pursuant to subsections 353(2) and (3) of the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125] in good faith in the name and on behalf of the Minister with effect from 15 April 1966.
