RESOLUSI DI BAWAH SUBSEKSYEN 1(4)
Menteri Dalam Negeri dengan ini memaklumkan bahawa Dewan Rakyat dalam mesyuaratnya pada 9 April 2015 dan Dewan Negara dalam mesyuaratnya pada 28 April 2015 telah meluluskan suatu resolusi di bawah subseksyen 1(4) Akta Dadah
Berbahaya (Langkah-Langkah Pencegahan Khas) 1985 [Akta 316], bahawa Akta itu hendaklah dilanjutkan bagi tempoh lima tahun lagi berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Jun 2015.

RESOLUTION UNDER SUBSECTION 1(4)
The Minister of Home Affairs hereby informs that the House of Representatives at its sitting on 9 April 2015 and the Senate at its sitting on 28 April 2015 had passed a resolution under subsection 1(4) of the Dangerous Drugs (Special Preventive
Measures) Act 1985 [Act 316], that the Act shall be extended for a further period of five years with effect from 15 June 2015.
