PURSUANT to section 96 of the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 [Act 704], the Authority publishes in the Schedule the list of Labuan banks and Labuan investment banks licensees whose licences have been revoked or surrendered to the Authority as at 31 December 2013.
