Section 13

Section 13

(1)

The Director may, by a written notice to a permit holder or licensee, vary the conditions of a permit or a licence if the Director considers that the variation is desirable in order to reduce the risk of disease spreading among aquatic life, or to prevent or reduce the risk of damage caused to the environment.

(2)

A notice of such intended variation shall be given to the permit holder or the licensee.

Requirement to submit an environmental impact assessment report, licence, permit or authorisation.
