Section 99

No person shall wilfully damage or destroy any fishing stakes, fish-aggregation device, fishing appliance or aquaculture premise that has been properly licensed under this

Enactment.

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Offence for catching fish smaller than the prescribed size.
