Section 100
(1)
No person shall catch any fish in riverine waters where the size of the fish is smaller than the size prescribed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
