Section 98

(1)

No person shall give false information to the Director or his authorised officer.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.

Wilful damage to licensed fishing stakes, fish-aggregation device, fishing appliance or aquaculture facility.
