Preamble
- In exercise of the powers vested in him by section 3 of the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Ordinance, 1948 [No. 6 of 1948.], the Governor has, with effect from the 26th November, 1954, amended the Schedule to the Ordinance by deleting the heading “SURVEY” and the matter appearing thereunder and substituting the following heading and matter :- LANDS AND SURVEYS – Commissioner of Lands Director of Lands and Surveys Surveyor-General Deputy Directors of Lands and Surveys Senior Superintendent of Surveys Surveyor Superintendent of Surveys Assistant Superintendent of Surveys Chief Surveyor Deputy Chief Surveyor Senior Surveyor Dated at Jesselton, this 25th day of November, 1958.
