Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 10 of the Public Collections Ordinance, the Governor hereby exempts the following organisations from the provisions of the Ordinance:- The Red Cross Society; The St, John Ambulance Association; The North Borneo Anti-Tuberculosis Association; The War Victims Fund.
