THE PUBLIC COLLECTIONS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1956
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 5 of the Public Collections Ordinance [Cap. 112.], the Governor hereby amends the Public Collections Regulations, 1955 [G.N. No. S 79/55.], by deleting regulation 14 (1) and substituting the following therefor – “14 (1) The commissioner may require the Chief Promoter of the collection to furnish him with an account of the collection within one month of the expiry of the licence.” Dated at Jesselton, this 27th day of February, 1956.
