THE CATTLE, GRAZING AND POUNDS ORDINANCE

DECLARATION
Opening note
The areas set out in the Schedule shall be areas within which it shall be lawful under and subject to the provisions of the said subsection for any land owner to destroy –
any cattle in the act of straying upon his land between the hours of sunset and sunrise;
G.N.S 11 of 1949 [Vol. V. p. 39.] is cancelled.
The districts of Jesselton, Tuaran, Penampang, Papar, Kudat, Labuan, Beaufort,
Kuala Penyu, Sipitang, Tenom, Pensiangan, Keningau, Tambunan, Labuk and Sugut,
Lahad Datu, Ranau and Tawau.
