Preamble
- In exercise of the powers vested in him by section 3 of the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Ordinance [Cap. 35.], the Governor has, with effect from the 1st January, 1958, amended the Schedule to the Ordinance by inserting a new head “Marine” in its correct alphabetical order and inserting thereunder, in the first column, the title “Marine Superintendent and Harbour Master” and opposite it, in the second column, the title “Director of Marine”. Dated at Jesselton, this 28th day of February, 1958. By Command, R. N. TURNER, Chief Secretary.
