THE HIGHWAYS (BUBOL ROAD SEMPORNA) RULES, 1958
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 6 of the Highways Ordinance [Cap. 55.] the Governor has made the following rules:-
Section 2
Item 8 of the First Schedule of the Highways Ordinance is amended by deleting the words “District Officer,
Lahad Datu” in the second column thereof and by substituting the words “Assistant District Officer, Semporna”.
Dated at Jesselton, this 13th day of August, 1958.
