  1. In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor by section 10 of the Public Collections Ordinance [Cap. 112.], and all other powers thereunto enabling, any person holding a permit for the promotion of a lottery issued under the terms of section 27 of the Gaming (Amendment No. 2) Ordinance, 1956 [Ord. No. 25 of 1956.] is hereby exempted from the provisions of the Public Collections Ordinance in respect of the sale of any ticket or chance in such lottery.
