Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2 of the Delegation of Powers Enactment, 1963, the Yang di-Pertua Negara has delegated to the Permanent Secretary to the Chief Minister the exercise of his powers under paragraph 8 of the Schedule to the Public Service Commission (Remuneration) Enactment, 1963 [Enactment No. 32 of 1963.].
