PROHIBITION OF IMPORT ORDER
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Yang di-Pertua Negara by section 3 (1) of the Animals Ordinance, 1962 and delegated to me by Gazette Notification No. S 171 of 1963, it is hereby ordered that the importation of horses, asses and mules from any country is prohibited: Provided that the prohibition hereby ordered shall not apply to horses, asses or mules imported directly from any country mentioned in the schedule hereto.
