Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Fees (Forestry Department) (Service of Inspection and
Certification) Order 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into force on 15 January 1999 for round logs and on 1 February 1999 for square logs (bantalan).

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Enactment 1981 [En. No. 27 of 1981], the Yang di-Pertua Negeri hereby makes the following order: Citation and commencement

Fees charged and levied
There shall be charged and levied by the Department of Forestry fees for providing the service of inspection and certification in respect of any timber or timber product imported into Sabah and in respect of any timber or timber product re-exported from Sabah at the rates as prescribed in the
Schedule.
