Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Fees (Gua Gomantong) Order 2001, and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2002.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2 of the Fees Enactment 1981 [En. No. 27 of 1981], the Yang di-Pertua Negeri has made the following Order: Citation and commencement
Section 2
Fees charged or levied
There shall be charged or levied by the Director of Wildlife Department:
(a)
For admission into the Gua Gomantong of persons mentioned in the First Column in Part I of the Schedule the fees specified in the Second Column in the same part of the Schedule;
(b)
For use in the Gua Gomantong of the photographic or video equipment mentioned in the First Column in Part II of the Schedule the fees specified in the Second
Column in the same part of the Schedule.

Entrance fee for Malaysian
Citizens aged 18 year and above 5.00 per person 2.
Entrance fee for Malaysians
Citizens aged below 18 years 2.00 per person

Use of camera, video camera or other video recording equipment for professional or commercial purposes 1,000.00 per unit
2. Use of video camera or other video recording equipment for personal use 50.00 per unit 3.
Use of camera equipment for personal use 30.00 per unit 4.
Use of film-making equipment 10,000.00 for a period not exceeding seven (7) consecutive days or part thereof.
