- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 1 subseksyen (2) Enakmen Tatacara Mal Mahkamah Syariah (Negeri Johor) 2003, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan telah menetapkan 1hb April 2004 sebagai tarikh Enakmen ini hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 subsection (2) of the Syariah Court Civil Procedure (State of Johor) Enactment 2003, His Majesty the Sultan has appointed the 1st April 2004 as the date the Enactment shall come into force. Bertarikh pada 18hb Mac 2004. Dated the 18th day of March 2004.
