Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 4(i), Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1/1936], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor dengan persetujuan Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan dalam Mesyuarat, dengan ini membatalkan sebahagian perisytiharan kawasan L.K.T.P. Cahaya Baru sebagai Kawasan Rizab Melayu yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Johor pada 24hb Februari 1977 melalui Pemberitahuan Bil. 480 setakat mana ia berkenaan dengan luas kawasan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

In exercise of the powers confered by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservation

Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1/1936], the Director of Lands and Mines,

Johor with the approval of His Royal Highness the Sultan in Council, hereby revokes partially the declaration of L.K.T.P. Cahaya Bahru area as a Malay

Reservation which was published in the Johore Government Gazette on the 24th February 1977 as Notification No. 480 in so far as it relates to the area of land as described in the Schedule.
