Citation, application and commencement
The Rules may be cited as the Johore Land Rules (Amendment) (No. 1)
2006 and shall come into force on the 1 January 2008.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1)(ga) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State of Authority of makes the following rules–

The Johore Land Rules 1966 is hereby amended by substituting Item 33
of Table V Office Fees in Schedule 6 J.P.U. 94–Registration of a dealing under Division IV of the National Land Code in favour of a non–citizen or foreign company, per title with the following–
