Opening note

Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(3) Enakmen Perbadanan Taman Negara (Johor) 1989 [Enakmen No. 7/1989], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengeluarkan kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Taman Negara Gunung Ledang, Johor yang terletak di Mukim Tangkak dalam Daerah Muar di atas sebahagian daripada Pelan No. P.W. 2426 melalui Pemberitahuan No. 2622 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor bertarikh 27 Oktober 2005 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Taman Negara mulai tarikh pemberitahuan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(3) of the National Parks

(Johore) Corporation Enactment 1989 [Enactment No. 7/1989], the State

Authority excise the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the National Parks Gunung Ledang, Johore which is situated in

Mukim Tangkak in the District of Muar delineated partly from Plan No. P.W.

2426 by Notification No. 2622 published in the Johore Government Gazette on 27 October 2005 shall cease to be a National Park with effect from the date of the publication in the Gazette.

(244.6 acres).
