In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(3) of the National Parks

(Johore) Corporation Enactment 1989 [Enactment No. 7/1989], the State

Authority excise the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the National Parks Of Gunung Ledang, Johore which is situated in Mukim Tangkak in the District of Muar delineated partly from Plan No.

G.P. 2424, G.P. 2425 and G.P. 2426 by Notification No. 2622 published in the Johore Government Gazette on 27 October 2005 shall cease to be a permanent National Parks with effect from the date of the publication in the Gazette.

PERIZABAN TANAH BAGI MAKSUD AWAM

[Subsection 62(1)]

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965] dan diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri di bawah subseksyen 13(1) [Akta 56], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian,

Johor, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam

Jadual dan tertera dalam Pelan Bil. P.A. 228935 di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan

Pemetaan, Johor, dirizabkan bagi maksud awam, iaitu Tapak Untuk Kawasan

Lapang yang diletakkan di bawah jagaan Setiausaha Kerajaan Johor dan hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Muar dan pengganti-penggantinya dalam jawatan.
