Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b), Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1/1936] Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor dengan persetujuan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan bahawa pada tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor, tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada tanah-tanah yang diisytiharkan sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Jalan Geroda/Jalan Langkasuka, Larkin Jaya yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Jalan Geroda/Jalan Langkasuka, Larkin Jaya. 27hb Okt. 2016]2881

Reservations Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1/1936], the Director of Lands and Mines Johore with the approval of the Ruler in Council declares that at the date of publication of this Notification in the Johore Government

Gazette the land described in the Schedule being part of the land declared as the Jalan Geroda/Jalan Langkasuka, Larkin Jaya Reservation published in the Johore Government Gazette shall cease to be a Jalan Geroda/Jalan

Langkasuka, Larkin Jaya Reservation.
