Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Mineral Kedah 2004, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mewakilkan kepada Jawatankuasa Sumber Mineral Negeri bagi menjalankan kuasa meluluskan Lesen Melombong Tuan Punya bagi mana-mana tanah bermilik. Perwakilan kuasa ini hendaklah berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2013. Kes-kes yang tidak dapat diputuskan dalam mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Sumber Mineral Negeri Kedah termasuk kertas-kertas rayuan hendaklah dibawa ke mesyuarat Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Mineral (Kedah) Enactment 2004, the State Authority hereby delegates to the State Mineral Resources Committee the exercise of powers to approve Proprietary Mining Licence for any alienated land. This delegation shall be effected on 1 January 2013. Cases which is cannot be decided in the meeting of the State Mineral Resources Committee including appeal cases shall referred to State Executive Council.
