Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 9 Undang-undang Hari Kelepasan 1951 (No. 55 Tahun 1951) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat telah mempertetapkan hari Sabtu 17 Zulkaedah 1424 Hijrah bersamaan 10 Januari 2004 Masihi menjadi hari kelepasan am di dalam Negeri Kedah Darul Aman sempena pemasyhuran Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tuanku Sultanah Negeri Kedah Darul Aman, Tuanku Hajah Haminah binti Haji Hamidun.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of The Holidays Ordinance 1951 (No. 55 of 1951) the Ruler in Council has appointed Saturday the 17th day of Zulkaedah TAMBAHAN No. 1 Jld. 47 Bil. 1 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 12 [1 Jan. 2004 1424 Hijrah equivalent to 10th day of January 2004 Masihi as a public holiday in the State of Kedah Darul Aman on the occasion of the proclamation of Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tuanku Sultanah Negeri Kedah Darul Aman, Tuanku Hajah Haminah binti Haji Hamidun. Bertarikh 29 Disember 2003. Dated 29 December 2003.
