DEPOSIT MAHKAMAH YANG BELUM DITUNTUT
Dimaklumkan bahawa Aturan 90, Kaedah 16 di dalam Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah 2012 telah menetapkan bahawa semua deposit yang tidak dituntut dan telah mencapai usia 10 tahun ke atas hendaklah diwartakan pada bulan Januari setiap tahun. Aturan 90, Kaedah 17(1)
pula menetapkan deposit yang tidak dituntut selepas pewartaan dibuat dan telah mencapai usia 15 tahun hendaklah dipindahkan ke Hasil
Kerajaan.
