- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 1 Enakmen Wasiat Orang Islam Kelantan 2009 [Enakmen 4], Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Muhammad V telah menetapkan 1 Ogos 2011 bersamaan 1 Ramadhan 1432H sebagai tarikh Enakmen itu mula berkuat kuasa.
