- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 1 Enakmen Pentadbiran Mahkamah Syariah (Pindaan) 2009 [Enakmen A18], Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Al-Sultan telah menetapkan 1 Ogos 2011 bersamaan 1 Ramadhan 1432H sebagai tarikh Enakmen itu mula berkuat kuasa.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Administration of the Syariah Court (Amendment) Enactment 2009 [Enactment A18], His Royal Highness the Sultan appoints 1 August 2011 corresponding to 1 Ramadhan 1432H as the date on which the Enactment comes into operation.
