Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1 of the Forest Enactment, 1968, the Yang di-Pertua Negara has appointed 1st day of January, 1969, as the date on which the Enactment shall be deemed to have come into operation. Dated at Kota Kinabalu, this 4th day of March, 1969. MOHD. SAID BIN KERUAK, Acting Chief Minister.
