IMPOSITION OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR DEBT
REDEMPTION TRUST FUND
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 12 (3) of the Forest Rules 1969, the Director of Forestry, with the approval of the Minister of Finance, hereby imposes with effect from 14th August 1989 the payment of an additional charge by the licensee for the issuance or renewal of a licence to take forest produce for the purpose of Debt Redemption Trust Fund as follows:-
