  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Raja Dalam Mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditanda dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 39900 dan No. Pelan 12742 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan sebagai Kawasan Perizaban Melayu Teluk Kemang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservation

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the Ruler in Council, hereby declares that the land in the Schedule and delineated upon in the Certified Plan No. C.P. 39900 and Plan No. 12742 which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan to be a Malay Reservation of Teluk Kemang area.
