Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 55(2) Enakmen Pentadbiran Agama Islam (Negeri Sembilan) 2003 [Enakmen 10/2003], Yang di-Pertuan Besar, atas nasihat Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan, menubuhkan Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah bagi Negeri Sembilan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 55(2) of the Administration of the Religion of Islam (Negeri Sembilan) 2003 [Enactment 10/2003], the Yang di-Pertuan Besar, on the advice of Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan, constitutes the Syariah High Court for the State of Negeri Sembilan as specified in the Schedule.
