“No. Lot/P.T.” dengan menggantikan butiran “No. Lot 9118” dengan butiran
“No. Lot 24475” dan “Tarikh Penyampaian Gantian Borang 6A di bawah
Perenggan 432(1)(a)” dengan menggantikan butiran “26-9-2012” dengan butiran “26-7-2012”.

is corrected in the Schedule in item number 5 under the column with the heading “Lot/P.T. No.” by substituting the figure “Lot No. 9118” with the figure “Lot No. 24475” and “Date of Substituted Service of Form 6A under
Paragraph 432 (1)(a)” by substituting the figure “26-9-2012” with the figure
“26-7-2012”.
