In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the State

Authority, hereby declares that the parcel of land in the Mukim of Serting

Ilir, District of Jempol described in the Schedule and delineated upon in the

Gazette Plan No. P.W. 2544, 2545, 2546, 2547 and 2548 which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan to be a Malay Reservation Area.

DECLARATION OF A MALAY RESERVATION AREA

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen

Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan persetujuan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, mengisytiharkan sebidang tanah yang terletak di Mukim Serting Ulu, Daerah

Jempol seperti yang diperihalkan di dalam Jadual dan ditanda dalam Pelan

Warta No. P.W. 2543 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan,

Negeri Sembilan sebagai Kawasan Perizaban Melayu.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab

Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan persetujuan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai daripada tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual dan ditanda dengan sempadan berwarna kelabu dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 05-23674 dan 05-23675 yang disimpan di Pejabat

Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi perizaban sebagai Rizab Melayu melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan No. 654/1994

bertarikh 29 September 1994.

Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi sebahagian daripada perizaban Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Kuala Jempol melalui Warta Kerajaan N.M.B. No. 2121/1916 bertarikh 30 Jun 1916.
