- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 3808 yang disiarkan pada 4 Ogos 1939, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah (Bab 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 7 ekar, 1 rood, 20 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 429, terletak di Kampung Ulu Cheka, Mukim Ulu Cheka, Daerah Lipis yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 14,072 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak sekolah Melayu, di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 1 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 533; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [4hb Jan. 2007 12 Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

Preamble
- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 3808 published on the 4 August 1939, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection 24(i) of the Land Enactment (Cap. 138) has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 7 acres, 1 rood, 20 poles known as Lot No. 429 situated at Kampung Ulu Cheka, Mukim of Ulu Cheka, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 14,072 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, of a Malay school, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on 1 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 533; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
